Lyle P. - owner and webmaster of the sites, is also the creator of 'The Little Big Book Dictionary'
and 'The Little 12n12 Dictionary.'  The first release of 'The Little Big Book Dictionary'
along with it's website - 11/1998.  We purchased The Recovery Emporium website
in November of 1999.  The rest is a history of enormous amounts of work and growth.

Starting from a small spare bedroom in our home, in the summer of 2003
we moved our operation to a 14' x 28' area of the lower level of our home.

In 2005 we built a new 24' x 40' - 2 story garage apartment in our back yard -
with the upper level being built as an apartment, though devoted entirely
to our internet operations.

We started with 1 computer and 1 printer in the days or 26Kb dial up. :-)
We now ( 5/5/08 ) have 9 computers, 5 printers, 4 broadband connections,
and 3 phone lines.  We currently have 2 full time employees.

 Outside of the suppliers themselves, we are now, by far,
the largest online distributor of recovery medallions in the world.
